In Rainbows
Concert de Radiohead al Castell de Malahide a Dublin, Irlanda. La nit ens va oferir el pack complet: arcs de Sant Martí, pluja, cervesa y per suposat la bona música. Un guarda de seguretat em va fer deixar la càmara a l'entrada però com podeu comprobar en duia una de recanvi. No van requisar cap mòbil però...
Radiohead concert at the Malahide Castle in Dublin, Ireland. A magic evening with the complete set: rainbows, rain, bier and of course good music. I had to leave the battery of my camera to a security guard but as you can see I was carrying another one. They didn't keep any mobile though...

Llavors a la BCT
La Biblioteca Central de Terrassa (BCT) acull del 1 al 15 de juliol el treball fotogràfic "Sembrant oportunitats".
Aquest recull d'imatges mostra el dia a dia d'una escola agrícola a Uttar Pradesh, India. El reportatge es va fer al estiu del 2007, al Centre of Continuing and Non-Formal Education d'Allahabad. Al 2008 algunes d'aquestes imatges van ser seleccionades pel Concurs de Fotoperiodisme Jove Clic, otorgat per l'Associació Diomira, i exposades a Perpinyà.

Tersassa's Central Library is going to host from July 1st until 15th the exhibition "Sowing Opportunities".
This set of images depicts the daily life at an agricultural school in Uttar Pradesh, India. This essay was made during the summer of 2007, at the Centre of Continuing and Non-Formal Education in Allahabad. On 2008 some of these images were selected by the Concurs de Fotoperiodisme Jove Clic, given by the Associació Diomira, and shown in Perpignan.

La selecció de fotografies Bharat-Nihon s'exposa al Taller de Ioga de Premià de Mar. Es tracta de 8 parelles d'imatges preses al Japó al 2006 i a la Índia al 2007. Teniu fins a final de juliol per passar a veure-la. Aquí teniu instruccions de com anar-hi.
A selection of pictures called Bharat-Nihon is being exhibited at the Taller de Ioga at Premià de Mar, near Barcelona. These are images taken in Japan on 2006 and in India on 2007. You can see it until the end of july. You can see the instructions on how to go there here.

Casa Alegre de Sagrera I
Un projecte d'interiorisme pel IEFC em va portar a plantar el trípode a la Casa Alegre de Sagrera de Terrassa. Aquest edifici modernista situat al carrer Sant Pere passa massa vegades desapercebut. Si sou egarencs, no dubteu a fer-hi una visita!
I was taken to the Casa Alegre de Sagrera by a project I had to do for the IEFC, my photography school. This modernist (or art noveau) building is located in Terrassa, on the carrer Sant Pere. Not enought people stop by to visit it. If you happen to be around, don't miss the chance to visit it!

Bones notícies.
Les meves fotografies han estat seleccionades per la Mostra de Fotoperiodisme Jove Clic 2008. Aquesta convocatòria està organitzada per la Secretaria de Joventut de la Generalitat de Catalunya i l'Associació Diomira. La meva selecció ha estat triada juntament amb les imatges d'altres participants, que conjuntament formen una exposició col·lectiva que es podrà veure a diferents indrets de Catalunya.
Les fotografies seleccionades són les que vaig triar entre les moltes que vaig disparar durant la meva estada a Allahabad, India, mentre feia de voluntària al CCNFE (Centre of Continuing and Non-Formal Education) durant l'estiu de 2007.
Val a dir que no vaig poder atendre a la inauguració de la mostra celebrada a Perpinyà. Podeu trobar més informació sobre l'esdeveniment a la web del IEFC.
La revista Papers de Joventut, editada per l'Associació Diomira, ha publicat un article sobre cada
un dels seleccionats amb les imatges guanyadores. Aquí teniu l'article:
Good news.
My pictures were selected for the Mostra de Fotoperiodisme Jove Clic 2008. This call is organized by the Secretaria de Joventut de la Generalitat de Catalunya and the Associació Diomira. My selection was chosen together with the images of other participants, that will alltogether be shown in an exhibition that will be touring around different places in Catalonia.
The pictures selectes are the ones I chose among the big amount I took during my stay in Allahabad, India, while I was working as a volunteer in the CCNFE (Centre of Continuing and Non-Formal Education) on the summer of 2007.
Unfortunately I could not attend the opening of the exhibition held at the Casa de la Generalitat in Perpignan (France).
The magazine Papers de Joventut, edited by the Associació Diomira, has published un article about each of the participants with the selected images. Please see the article above.
